Welcome drink for all our customers in our restaurant Hello everyone ! In the center of the Marais, an apartment on the ground floor, equivalent small independent house, two bedrooms, two showers, two toilets, fitted kitchen adjoining the living room, Wifi, Smart TV with Netflix, Safety Box, air conditioner and hair dryer. Independent entrance, open 24/24 and 7/7 with mechanical access code, equipped with several cameras in the common area and the main entrance of the apartment. The laundry room is open every day from 15:00 pm until 23h00 pm which is located 50 meters from the apartment. A welcome drink is offered in our Restaurant Pizzeria. Super great location. Ground floor access.
This place was great. I've been to Paris several times and stayed in several locations. We enjoyed this location most of all. Very walkable, close to the Seine, close to great shops everywhere. We really needed the ground floor access for my 90 year old mom and this was great for this reason. The manager was VERY helpful and trusting. I would highly recommend this property, especially if you need ground floor access. Both bathrooms are nice. It says that there is a washer and dryer in the unit, but there is not. The place is pretty small, which is typical for Paris.

it was smaller than expected but suited our family of three. Washer and dryer not present in the apartment and you will have to go to the owner's restaurant to do your laundry. Good neighbourhood.Quick walk to the metro.

Lovely apartment
We loved the location of the apartment. It was very easy to jump on a train and go see the attractions. We were two adults and three older teens. We really only slept and showered in the apartment since we had only two days to see Paris. On our last day there was a bathroom leak. Thankfully the apartment had two bathrooms. We weren’t too stressed about it since we were leaving.Other than that it was a nice apartment that was perfect for a short stay.

Great location for our family vacation
Our family of five stayed here with our three teen children. The location was perfect. It was very quiet but just a short walk to so many amazing restaurants and shops. The apartment was very well kept and had everything that we needed. Beds were comfortable and showers very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and friendly staff.
This small flat is in a quiet neighborhood within 1-2 blocks from cafes, bakeries, grocery stores, Seine River, and public transportation, among other things. The flat is quite small but is great for sightseers who need a safe and comfortable place to rest after a busy day out and about. We loved having our choice of several bakeries for our daily morning pastry run. The fresh fruit and vegetable stands were also lovely. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The owner and his son also operate the Little Babel Restaurant which has great food and very friendly staff. We ate there more than once!

A little miscommunivcation with the property host but we eventually got settled in after awhile. Residence was spotlessly clean and we had everything that we needed. Word of advice to travellers: use 1 means of comms with host as I think that's where probably our messages got mixed up

The apartment is as described, clean, small but great location. The showers have lots of hot water and good pressure. The radiators are easy to control and quick to heat. The host is quick to respond to e-mails to and sort out any problems. My only problem is that there is no inside lock on the property so I could not bolt it at night when we were all asleep.

Very nice location. Property is a bit dated but clean and comfortable. Easy access to everything. Living on the ground floor and having 2 baths was nice. The owner just installed new A/C unit which is rare in this area.

i write to James to asn about the coffeemaker. hr told me, “Everything you meed is in the apartment”. He proved right. Coffee!!! very comfortable beds and pillows. + 1 block away from Rue de Rivoli and the fabulous restaurants and shopping found only innLe Marais.

Great Little Flat
We enjoyed our stay, super clean, comfy beds, nice shower. Check in was a bit hectic, we told the host when we would be there and knocked on the door, of Little Babel and one of the waiters was able to let us in. Also, there is no oven as pictured. An oven was super important to us to save money on going out to eat and my husband’s severe food allergies.

Our family of 4 has experienced great and not so great rentals on our trip. This apartment was better than we expected!! 2 bathrooms was a nice amenity since we have been sharing 1 for 2 weeks. the location is perfect for a trip of sightseeing. James was very communicative and easy to find upon our arrival. We felt safe with 2 coded doors and camera. The water pressure in the shower was the best!!!! Don’t expect big rooms. It’s tight, but everything you need is there.
