No frills, sketchy neighborhood, friendly staff
Very friendly staff at check in. Very easy to check in. Area was a bit “sketchy”, outside gated parking was not locked so I question the security of it. Our van was there in the morning intact so I guess it was ok. Room is VERY basic. I’d describe it at “modern penitentiary chic”. Rooms were bright and relatively clean. No frills, cheap and relatively comfortable. Not a bad deal for the Paris area, but don’t walk around after dark!

The location is outside of public transport and there were no taxis from nearby metro station so I took a bus. The way to the hotel is very dark and I was a bit scared. The bathroom smelt like sewage. The reception was kind but every time I went to the room the card key expired...

It was just ok. The bathroom did not have a lot of space, some of the staff were not too friendly and did not try to help you understand the language although we were trying to speak proper French. No one tells you that the bus which stops the closest to the hotel ends working at 7PM, if you stop at the other bus stop the way back is lonely and dangerous. The breakfast is too simple, they can add a few not things and change it a little bit.

Stayed here for the night of the European Cup Final. Paid 200 euros. Unless you have a car, it is a long long walk from the metro station;no taxis around, the receptionist told me that I would have to ring for one, no offer to ring for me. He also told me that I would have to go back to the station or beyond to get something to eat that evening, but luckily I came across the Marriott where I was welcomed very warmly. The apron approach in front of the hotel looked disgusting, the few tables covered in empty beer cans and rubbish, giving a poor impression even before entering. The room was small but clean, the bed was comfy. Our room had a cute little window that we could open and let in a lovely cool breeze, right on the bank of the Seine.There really is little wrong with this hotel that good management and an understanding of the word 'hospitality' could not put right. A customer understands that you cannot make a small room bigger, but a smile and a bit of thought go a long long way.

The cleaning staff will rob your stuff!
Everything was going perfectly fine hotel was nice, staff was nice until my stuff got taken from my room! There's also no cctv cameras so there's no evidence, so I'm left out of pocket and feel violated.
