Pros the neighborhood is very good. Cons It's over a subway so it does rumble. The particular block it's on had a few homeless people. The room is weird: why have glass doors to the bathroom that require a curtain that causes another step to close? Who wants to have glass doors for the toilet so people in the room can see you?

The room is in good size, clean, quiet, very comfortable. The staff are quite nice and helpful. The shower doesn't have a curtain to full close so water can splash out.

This is a very small hotel with just two rooms per floor and a very small elavator. My room was big but kind of old with a decent-size bath tub but small shower space. If you are looking for a boutique hotel in 6th Arrondisement, this might be for you. If you like modern, it is not.

The hotel was lovely and in a reasonable location. Close to Le Bon Marché & La Grande Epicerie De Paris. The rooms were modern a clean but you still felt like you were in Paris. The staff were absolutely lovely and went above & beyond to make sure we were looked after during our stay. My only negative would be that you could hear the subway trains at night and early morning, it’s wasn’t too loud but definitely audible.

We had a great stay and Benjamin, the manager during our stay, was very helpful and so nice. The room was small leaving little space for our suitcases. Also the hotel was further from the Seine than I would have liked. But in a nice area close to 2 different Metro lines.

Quick stay in Paris
I booked my stay in this hotel for 4 nights and ended up staying one. I did extensive research before booking this hotel, with two of the main conditions being it was at least a 4-star hotel with reviews of 8 or higher. This had both of those when I was doing my research and seemed to be in a great area. This was at most a 3-star hotel. The reception area was cramped and the elevator was only big enough for 2 people realistically without luggage. When I got to the floor I was staying on it was another cramped area with 2 doors. It didn't get much better inside the room either, which was small even though I got one of the biggest rooms. I would expect a 4-star hotel to have at least a queen bed and the room only had a double bed. The furniture was cheap and chipped. Overall it was just not up to my standards.

Best Location and best service. The staff is really helpful, efficient and charming. Rooms were very well cleaned and bright. Location is perfect if you want to stay near Le Bon Marche and few min walk close to Saint Germain, and the area is quiet. The hotel design is functional, a bit cold/swedish to my taste but that is really not an issue. Towels and amenities are of good standard, and the beds are extremely comfortable. We will definitely consider coming back as it was perfect for couple with young kid.
