Quentin and Anna at the front desk were both incredibly helpful making suggestions and helping with reservations. The room was large, quiet and comfortable. Beautiful linens, robes and towels, coffee, and tea making facilities, surrounded by unique art, and decorative accessories. Underfloor heating in the bathroom was a welcome amenity during a cold visit. Breakfast was delicious and staff were courteous to a fault. All multilingual, sophisticated young people, attentive, and pleasant. The location was not quite what I expected, but within easy walking distance of all the amenities and attractions we wanted to visit
