In a green setting, the apartment 'Ecrin Secret' is located in a Hausmannian building at the end of a secure private and quiet street, ideally located close to the metro (30m).

Completely renovated, the apartment is located on the first floor in a beautiful building. Chic and modern, you will enjoy the loft atmosphere, the space, the high ceilings with exposed beams, as well as its brightness with its many windows.
Children will love sleeping in the cozy alcove of the mezzanine looking at Paris sky from the roof window, on a confortable double bed (140 cm wide).

You will appreciate its great comfort and its high-end and modern equipment (Internet, free Wifi, iPOD / iPhone station, TV with international channels, DVD, rain shower ..).
The apartment had got an entrance with a cloakroom, going to a large living room with high ceiling, exposed beams and equipped with a comfortable leather sofa bed (140cm wide), a large screen TV with all international channels, DVD / CD player , video games.
The kitchen is opened on the living room. It has a large high table that can accommodate up to 6 people. It is fully equipped with induction hob, automatic hood, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, micro wave, oven ...). Tea and coffee will be available upon arrival.
The bedroom is equipped with large queen bed (160cm wide) with hotel quality mattress, a nice dressing room and a corner office with Internet, Wifi connection, and accessible USB plugs to easily recharge computer, tablet, camera ...
The luxurious bathroom is connected with the bedroom and is equipped with a rain shower on the ceiling and a hand shower head.
The toilets are separated and equipped with a washbasin.
The apartment is also equipped with a washer-dryer.

Great place.
The place was clean. The beds were comfortable. The washing machine worked well and was clean. The location was ideal for someone who takes the metro as there is a stop a few meters away and a main connection just a couple of blocks away. The bakeries on the corner were really good and there are two grocery stores within 2 blocks. This apartment even had an oven! The loft worked well for us but you need to be under about 168 cm (5’6”) or you will bump your head if you get up too fast. The shower was lovely but I found the hot water very hot. We were able to sign into Prime Video which extended our English language tv a lot. Overall, I would stay here again. It was very quiet and felt very safe.

Secret Apartment
We stayed at Lucile's other apartment last year (on Rue St. Honoree) and decided to stay at this apartment this year. Although not as centrally located, it is in a quiet neighborhood and is set back from the street. As always, Lucile and Arnaud were very responsive to any issues. The kitchen is modern and clean. The loft bedroom is a little tight; my daughter could fit up there but not me (I'm 6'5"). The toilet is in a separate bathroom from the shower/sink so there really is only 1 bathroom. But this is Paris and space is always tight! If you are looking to experience living like a Parisian in a nice neighborhood, this is the place, with close access to the Metro, cafes, shops and excellent boulangeries/patisseries.

Excellent Service & Location
The host was kind and attentive before and during our stay. Location and size couldn't be more perfect for a family of 4 adults and 1 five five-year-old. Although it isn't 5/5 stars, I recommend staying here, and I would do so again. The reason for the -1 star is that the blankets had not been washed before our stay, and we found makeup residue on them.

Spacious, comfortable and perfect location
My family and I stayed here for 8 days and could not have been more pleased. Situated in a private and quiet neighborhood that is minutes away from all the beautiful sites Paris has to offer, either on foot or by metro. Plenty of room for the 3 of us and very comfortable with everything you need. Host was responsive and helpful. We'll def stay here again on our next visit to beautiful Paris.

Nice owner quiet neighborhood
The owner was helpful-and flexible when we asked to arrive earlier than originally booked. She was nice with ideas. There were four of and there was room to sleep and hang, but one toilet near the entry and one shower off the main bedroom made it cozier than expected. Stairs up to entry, two sores before the front door added a little challenge with full hands.

Don’t Think, Book!
We are a family of 4, two adults and two teenagers (13 and 15) and the place was comfortable for all of us. The location was great with metro stations nearby. The apartment is very clean. It has those little “extras” that let you know the host caters to travelers, which makes the difference between 4 and 5 stars, like multiple ports/spots for charging your devices, a hair dryer, a binder with info, and map of the metro/transit system. These are the little things that were done that made us feel welcome in the home. It’s a quiet area and especially quiet at night. No street noise, so we were all able to sleep well. I would definitely recommend this property to a family of 4, even 5.

Love at first sight
This property was amazing! I wanted to move in the moment I walked in. :) The location was quiet, close to the metro line and on the most beautiful little private street! Arnaud checked us in and out, he was so pleasant, showed us everything we needed to know and offered local eating suggestions. When I go back to Paris I will be staying here! My wife and I had a lovely stay at this apartment with our three children. We found the location perfect and very close to community transport. We felt safe at the location and it was quiet even though at a perfect location. The communication with the host was spot on and prompt. The apartment was well equipped and spacious enough for us for those five days we stayed in it. The downside was that the apartment only had one very small restroom with a toilet but in the spirit of French restrooms so it had its charm. The apartment was not super clean but due to the ruff flooring it is difficult to keep it immaculately clean. We would recommend this apartment and consider staying here again in the near future.

Paris with the kids!
We came to Paris after being in Lyon for a few days. We had the best time and this property was so beautiful. We brought our four and eight year old boys and a family friend and we all fit comfortably in the space. It was like a hidden secret and off the beaten path. The neighborhood was quiet and had great restaurants and shops. Easy to get around. We hope our excited boys weren’t too loud for the neighbors!!!

Lovely Apartment, Fine Location
It's not hard to find a rental apartment in Paris that's cramped and a bit worn out. This isn't one of those. At some point in the recent past it has been thoughtfully renovated for the purpose of providing a cheerful, comfortable place for guests, with everything in its place so you don't have to waste time figuring out how things works. And, being away from traffic on a private little street, it's very quiet. Getting around town is easy, whether on foot (my first day there I had a delightful walk to the top of Montmartre and back) or public transportation, with the no. 13 mètro line right there, the no. 3 Europe station five minutes away, and the multiple lines that pass through Gare Saint-Lazare a short walk down rue d'Amsterdam. No question that I'd stay there again.

Great place to stay in Paris
Our family of 5 stayed in this apartment for a week and truly enjoyed our stay. Arnaud met us at check-in and was very helpful describing the features of the apartment and answering our questions. The location is amazing! It is on a private street with a gate and is very quiet. The metro is only about 50 meters down the street which made getting around very convenient. It is surrounded by bakeries and markets and restaurants, whatever you will need. We highly recommend this to anyone visiting Paris.

Fantastic location. Lucile and Arnaud were very communicative. Did not take advantage of the kitchen as much as we could have but having laundry was clutch. Very close to a vegan bakery, for folks with dietary restrictions. Fun area, and a QUIET apartment. Would definitely stay here again!!

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is as described and as pictured, and possibly even better! Great, private location which is truly close to the Metro station (1/2 block to Liége; 2 blocks to Europe). Fully stocked kitchen supplies, modern bathroom and appliances, comfortable beds, and W/D. We stayed (3 adults and 2 Teenagers) at this amazing loft style apartment for 8 days. The place is clean, well designed, good neighborhood, has a gate with code , so we felt very safe. The separate toilet and shower and combined washer/dryer with a pocket door is a plus. It’s a perfect location close to the Metro, grocery stores, Pharmacie, bakeries, great restaurants and maybe 10-15 minutes walk to the malls. We are also grateful to Lucile and Arnaud they are truly a premier host. Communication was excellent, and even booked our taxi to the airport. Merci Lucile and Arnaud!

Location, location, location
We could not have asked for a better place to stay while in Paris. The property is located near many restaurants and shops - a perfect combination but tucked away in a quiet location. The apartment had plenty of room and has most everything you would want. Arnaude welcomed us and he and Lucile were very responsive to our questions during our stay always available. When we return to Paris, we will definitely stay at this property again.

Absolutely amazing stay. The flat is exactly as pictured — we couldn’t have asked for anything better. Communication was easy and prompt. It’s super-close to so much public transportation, and Uber drivers found the location very easily. It’s a quiet refuge in a residential neighborhood, which we loved. Close to grocery stores, coffee shops, bakeries, you name it. Our 8-year-old slept soundly in the loft, and the beds were very comfy. The kitchen is perfectly stocked with the tools you need to cook your own meals. The skylights (with blinds) keep the flat full of light during the mornings, but it was wonderfully dark at night. If you’re a small family (like the three of us), do not hesitate to book this gem of a property!!

Thanksgiving in Paris
We took our Fifteen year old to Paris for the first time. This gorgeous property provided the perfect base to move around mostly via metro. Restaurants, mini market, metro station and boulangerie/patisserie all a couple hundred yards from the property. This loft/mini house is secluded in a private cul De sac. So when you are in, you are away from street noise yet everything is close by. Regarding amenities and comfort, you will have everything you can imagine. Your little Parisian home. We will repeat when we comeback to Paris.

What a great little apartment.
We had a great stay at this apartment. With two tweenaged children in tow, we were attracted to it by the opportunity to bed them separately. This apartment was roomy enough for the four of us and our luggage. The apartment was quiet and felt secure, set back from the street by a cute little lane hidden behind a gate. The location is excellent, with the Liège metro stop steps away and Gare St Lazaar a less than ten minutes walk away. Lots of little shops and restaurants around in every direction. We’re an active family and were able to walk to attractions such as the Louvre and Sacre Coeur, each maybe a half hour stroll away. I would seek out this apartment again if returning to Paris.
