Fabulous stay, upgraded to a double bed room and the beds were so comfortable. The room was in the back of the hotel and overlooked a courtyard that quiet. The AC was COLD! Had to turn it down. Room was clean and staff very friendly and spoke English. Walk to metro was about 5 minutes through a nice park where we get grab and go pastries and sandwiches and eat on a shaded park bench. I would stay again.

We could not stay here and had to leave and stay somewhere else. My partner is 6ft 3. He could not fit on the bed or into the shower as so small. The rooms are tiny and not very clean. The man on the check in desk was lovely and attempted to find another room but was not possible. It is not well described online and is extremely over priced for a shoebox. Also it states parking included but does not inform you that this has to be booked in advance. So we parked down the road which was €32 overnight.

Great, charming little hotel for our weeklong stay
We stayed in Paris for a week to attend a friend's wedding. We really loved Lux Hotel - it was small and charming, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was perfect for what we needed - a place to crash at night. Nearly all the concierge staff spoke English and were helpful with recommendations and directions. The street the hotel is located on is rather quiet and safe, and the hotel itself is a 5-7 minute walk from a major metro stop, Nation, which has access to several different metro lines. Super easy to get around from the hotel and some decent little restaurants near by, too! Would absolutely stay here again should we find ourselves in Paris.

Friendly and helpful staff. Air conditioner working well. They let us store our suitcases at the hotel before checking-in and there were 5 of us! The metro stop is right around the corner. Safe walkable neighborhood. 35 minutes from Orly airport. We only stayed for one night but I would recommend.

In general the hotel was clean and the front desk help was courteous. That said, the room size was very small as was the elevator. The WI-FI was terrible !!! I would not stay here again. The location was good, close to restaurants, bakeries, and metro stations. There are several alternatives hotels available in the same location that I would investigate if I were to consider a return to the area.

It was our first trip to paris. We found the hotel to be good value, in an area of lovely tree lined roads. A selection of cafe's and bars with a couple of small supermarkets - one organic. Easy 5 minute walk to Nation, the nearest metro and from there a ten minute journey i to the centre of paris - really good location. The stafe were helpful and the room - although very small, was clean a pleasantly decorated - the building was very French which for us was important. Altogether a very positive experience and we would choose this hotel again.

The location was near the metro as well as a good area to find food. the staff was always friendly and helpful. the room itself was very tiny. It was difficult to shut the bathroom door while inside, for example, small. But we were there to see the city not sit in a hotel room, so it fit our needs!

This is a very lovely boutique type hotel with excellent staff and comfortable beds. The hotel is clean and they do everything to make your stay enjoyable. There are good restaurants nearby for dinner and a wonderful boulangerie just a few doors down. The train is a very short walk. We were very pleased with our stay here. I must mention how wonderful the front desk was!! Especially Tanya! Great stay!

Nostalgia building and interior. Reasonable pricing with a tiny room, good enough for 2 adults, 2 big lugguages and 2 cabin sizes. Staff is helpful and friendly. Decent estate to stay with nice food and supermarket. Convenient with subway and bus. Walkable city! Not recommended for summer stay. No a/c and you will feel killed.

We were very warmly greeted by the hotel staff basically anywhere inside the hotel! They were courteous and were ready to go above and beyond. Simple, delicious breakfast offering was great. The room was quite spacious (by Paris standards) and we could move around without bumping into luggage. Thoughtful touches, welcome gift, coffee-tea maker were wonderful. The sound proofing is not the greatest but nothing that was too disruptive. Would highly recommend, and definitely would stay again. Plus, easy approach by transit and close to a lot of nice local Patissiers and restaurants, 24h grocery store.

La chambre était très petite (à peine de l'espace pour se glisser entre le lit et le mur), et la douche aussi très exiguë : à éviter si vous êtes le moindrement corpulent. Par ailleurs, elle était mal insonorisée. Au moins, il y avait un petit bureau. Pour le reste, c'est un hôtel très propre. Le hall d'accueil est chaleureux, le personnel est extrêmement courtois. Le petit déjeuner (buffet) est à la hauteur. ll faut laisser sa clé à la réception chaque fois qu'on sort, détail qui pourrait être important pour certaines personnes.
