Situated in the very heart of RER Val d'Europe station area. Close to the restaurants, the shopping center Val d'Europe (200 meters). Only 5 minutes from Disneyland park and 30 minutes from Paris.


THE APARTMENT
Situated on the 2nd floor of a modern and secured building.

The place includes :
- cosy living room with a comfy sofabed (2 pax)
- fully equiped kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishes and cutlery, kitchenware...)
- Bedroom (1 double bed, 2 pax)
- Bathroom (bathtub + sink)
- Separated WC

For the first days, we provide the basic requirements (samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, sponge, dishwashing product hand/machine, bin bag). To renew these products, you can find them in Auchan supermarket situated only meters, in Val d'Europe shopping center.
We do not provide coffee pods, but you can also find some in the supermarket.

Enjoy the vibrant Place Ariane. Ideally situated just next to the RER Val d'Europe station, you are close to all amenities (Monoprix, restaurants, bars and catering, bakery, banks, tobacco shop...)
Only 200meters, there is one of the biggest Seine et Marne shopping mall, "Val d'Europe" 140 shops, 28 restaurants, Sealife Aquarium. You will also find the Vallée Village - Chic Shopping Outlet ".

Lovely apartment, perfect location for Paris and Disney
The apartment is lovely, kitchen has all you need. Great TV that we could use for netflix and disneyplus. Dishwasher was great to have. Bedroom lighting was a bit odd with no main light but with shutter open plenty of natural light so that was okay Shower head was very low, over bath shower thing rather than a shower again we worked around it. There was lack of comfortable chairs in lounge. Sofa bed is fine but the third and fourth person had sit on the uncomfortable orange chair or dining chair. After a busy day out and about a nice arm chair would be great! Location is awesome, train station just 5 mins, we could see disney fireworks just about too. Nice neighbours and parking space was great, nice and safe for the car. We would stay here again.

Fabulous well located apartment
Perfect apartment, situated well for all amenities, management agency communications prompt. Only issue was the long walk to and from the apartment to collect and deposit the keys, especially difficult with luggage.

Stunning property, great location
Beautiful property in excellent condition with lovely accessories. Excellent location for Disney. Property immensely secure with underground secure parking. Would benefit from a better shower over bath (water pressure great but shower head not wall mounted above) and air con but otherwise could not fault it. Would definitely stay again.

Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung
Ferienwohnung überhaupt nicht sauber, Geschirr teilweise schmutzig nicht gespült! Schränke in der Küche von innen verdreckt. Boden Staub Flusen, unter das Bett schaut man lieber nicht! Rollladen im Schlafzimmer defekt; konnte nicht runter gelassen werden! Ein absolutes No Go allerdings, war der Gestank nach Urin in der Toilette! Unerträglich! Leider war die Ferienwohnung nicht so wie beschrieben, viele Defekte Sachen Duschkopf konnte nicht verstellt werden, da er kaputt war kam kaum Wasser raus! Schublade vom Badschrank defekt, Leiste im Gang bröckelt und Putz fällt herunter. Im Allgemeinen nicht wie beschrieben, vorallem aber die Sauberkeit der Wohnung.

Un appartement décoré et meublé avec goût un équipement haut de gamme. Tout est sublime. La localisation est juste parfaite tout est a proximité, centre commercial, RER. Le plus le parking souterrain. Résidence sécurisée.
