We stayed in this property due to a concert, the arena is under a 10-minute walk. The studio apartment was perfect for the 3 of us. Overall we had a great weekend stay

We attended a concert at the arena (7 minute walk), so this was very convenient. We had a one-bedroom suite for 4 of us-a bedroom, living room with sofa bed, and a small kitchen. The staff at the hotel was wonderful-allowed us to check in early and were very helpful with all our questions. Plus, it's directly next to (above) the metro/RER station, so extremely convenient. There are a lot of dining choices around as well.

Our room was clean, and spacious enough for the two of us. The hotel was perfect for our trip to Paris, as the metro station was just around the corner. We’ve spent most of our time in and around the city during our stay, so having the metro close by was exactly what we needed. We would definitely come back again! Also, checking in and out had never been so easy :)

Stinky toilets
They do room cleaning after every 4 nights. This means you have to use the toilet for 4 days without any cleaning. The dinning was closed and the bar too for Always. But the staff and receptionist was helpful and kind.

It was quite difficult to find the hotel but the receptionist staff - Wendy in particular - made the process very easy. It would have been nice to know before booking that our accommodation was across the square, rather than in the same building as the car park

Room was clean and tidy. All basic essentials provided. Happy that there was a fridge and kettle that we used. 2 min walk to the underground that allowed us to get around super easy. Convenient store just outside the building which had everything we could possibly need.

L'appartement etait propre dans l'ensemble mais merite d'etre renové. Les murs etaient abîmés, certaines prises ne fonctionnait pas, le paredouche laissait passer toute l'eau ce qui innondait la petite salle de bain a chaque passage. Des crochets manquait au rideau et dans l'ensemble l'éclairage n'etait pas suffisant. Pour une note positive, la litterie etait tres confortable.

Séjour agréable Bonne réactivité du personnel lorsque sollicité. SDB contours de la baignoire avec des traces de savon. Pas de poubelle de tri. Très bon accueil le café et le thé son un plus les produits d hygiène sont fantastiques. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable.

Réservation pour une seule nuit et j’ai presque envie de dire heureusement! Le personnel est à l’écoute, respectueux, mais pour tout le reste zéro pointé Chambre vieille, vétuste, bruyant. Étonnant pour un appartement du groupe Mercure. En principe chez Mercure, une certaine réputation. Visiblement ce n’est pas le cas dans celui-ci.
