Convenient location. Small room for family. Kitchen space too small to use. No instruction manual for kitchen appliances. Radiator was not working. My room access key was getting reset everyday and neeeded to be activated on every night.

Horrible sanitary condition. There is no typical housekeeping you expect from a place listed on Hotels.com. (They ask you to pay for basic housekeeping.) They won't give you new towels despite you staying six nights. Unprofessional rude staff, too. Would not recommend it to anyone.

The curtains in the room were spotted and dirty. The management were very angry that i reported to Expedia that there were no utensils provided for the kitchenette. There was no coffee pot - only a kettle. There is a massive construction project underway just beside this property. Hard to believe this is a 3-star property.

The bedroom was pretty, and the windows were very nice. The biggest problem is that this hotel is not air conditioned. We left the windows open all night, and bugs came in. A really uncomfortable night. I wish that I had realized that this hotel did not have air conditioning -- I wouldn't have booked it for a room in June.

急遽決めた場所。シャワーの温度が上がらず、問題があったけど、突発的な事のよう、それ以外は期待以上。 清潔、設備も良く、広かった。キッチンの設備も良くて、一泊だったのが惜しかった。 連泊しなくて残念。

Hôtel très bien placé proche de Bercy et la Gare de Lyon. L’hôtel est très bien adapté pour un séjour en famille. Nous avions deux espaces distincts pour dormir( une chambre adulte, un canapé lit dans le salon pour les enfants. La chambre est très commode et l’hôtel est très propre.
