I was upset that you have to take stairs to get to the elevator. When advertising a lift/elevator the stairs should also be mentioned. Outside of the stairs everything was fine.

I was nervous booking a small 3 star hotel in Paris due to poor previous experiences. Sweet Hotel was a lovely and reassuring surprise. That is to say, what I could expect from a 3 star hotel in the city was there: relatively easy to get to, cleanliness, working shower and toilet, clean towel, and WiFi that worked (unlike the claims made by similar hotels that don't actually have a working WiFi and deceive patrons). Of course, things were basic and the room small, but so what if you are only there for a couple of nights. Next time I am back in the city, I will try to book there again. The only drawback was, with one exception, a generally surly,unsmiling, and unhelpful staff. The lady working on the Sunday morning (30 June) was delightful and actually knows how to smile. The others, less so. Anyway, the hotel comes with my recommendation and I wish any future patron a wonderful stay.

We came to the hotel a bit early for check in, so they told us to leave our luggages there and come back later. When we come back for check in, the room was not ready because their staff couldn't get it done due to many people check out late that day. We were not offer anything as complimentary or discount until I had to ask and they give us free breakfast for 1 day. Other than that, the hotel is close to the metro and very convenience.

We had a room with airconditioning but it didnt work and we couldn't open the windows. We were given a fan but it was impossible to be comfortable in such a stuffy room. I also thought the breakfast was expensive and nothing but cereal and bread products

Small Paris getaway
Room on the small side, but the bed was comfortable. 24 hours reception. We didn’t try the breakfast as it was not included in the room price, for a continental simple breakfast, that’s a mistake.

Great little place!
This is a cute, clean, little hotel. Nothing fancy, but very comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay again.

Always a fan and they keep getting better
Front desk is not as friendly as their sister hotel, Pink Hotel, but I've always liked them and they are constantly improving. I just wish their staff didn't smoke right in front of the building.
