"The people in this hotel are super friendly specially the waitress. We got an upgrade to a room with stairs (beautiful room), but because of my knee we couldn’t take ut. They immediately found another room and where patients until we switched the rooms. The hotel is very close to the funicular station and to the center so you don’t need the car to move around. "Residence Iscarus is an older hotel in an apartment style building. The hotel receptionist Kat was fantastic! She was so sweet and helpful recommending restaurants and things to do. The hotel gave us free passes for public transportation while we stayed and information on the spa and gym nearby. The actual apartment was a bit older, but still clean and worked for us. It is walkable to the downtown area and parking was included. Thanks again to Kat who made the stay! "
