Enjoy all the comforts of this 3,200 square foot home. The home is decorated with all the comforts in mind and carefully decorated making this a home for all your family and friends to enjoy. This home may be large, but it is great for both large and small gatherings. tpt#21337504

This home Boasts SIX large bedrooms, TWO loft areas with beds, and FIVE bathrooms with most of the bedrooms having their own private bathrooms! this home was built in 2010 so the house is in "newer" condition including kitchen appliances and furnishings.

The KeyLargo Home also boasts a 65 foot private dock making it a awesome to park several boats and watercrafts without the worry of getting into neighboring docks. the swimming is also great right off the dock. Just throw in your inner tube, grab a drink and you are floating in heaven!

We are located in one of the best "No Wake" water canals in the keys. all canals lead into the main Colorado River for quick access. The canals also offer for kids and adults to float while enjoying the sun and your favorite drink. You can swim, tube float, Kayak, and even fish!

note: Float weekend, Race Weekends, and Holidays are subject to holiday rates with 4 nights minimums.

Our stay at the key largo house was very nice,plenty of room for our party of 5 couples. Beautiful location. Kitchen was well stocked with large fridge. Large Table for us all to sit around. We enjoyed it very Much.

Beautiful river house
Loved staying at this house. We had 3 families on the trip and had plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is well stocked and it was nice to bbq outside. The dock was perfect and we had 2 boats. The boys had a great time fishing in the canal. I would most definitely book this house again.

Love that this house has 4 bedrooms with on-suits. Then has 2 more rooms for kids. Kids love the big room upstairs. They all share that room since it has a Queen and a king in it. Have stayed here many times

Perfect house for our needs!
This place is awesome! Wide open entertaining area, several bedrooms that can easily accommodate 3 families. Large 65 foot dock. We were able to moor two 23’ boats along with two jet skis. The outdoor patio was a great place to unwind in the afternoon and offered shade due to it facing East. We have a large group every year when the kids get out of school, hopefully we will be back to use this place again!! If you have a Lily Pad for the kids, bring it! It’s a great spot to set it up right off the dock

Overall great stay..
We had a nice stay. House is big and spacious. My main complaint is the showers loose all the hot water out the bathtub spout and your shower water is cold in 5 minutes. It would have been nice to have been provided a broom for clean up while we were there. We had to go to Walmart and purchase a broom and dust pan. Other than that we had a nice stay and the house was very nice.

house is really spacious, and dock was perfect. The stove only worked the first night. Good thing I brought me blackstone griddle or we would have been stuck not being able to cook. Other than that, the house is perfect.

Great location and lots of room
The house is very spacious with 6 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, and 2 lofts. The owner, Fabio, was always available and very prompt with any inquiries I had. The location is perfect, just off the busy river and in a canal. Our favorite part of the vacation was just hanging out on the canal, paddle boarding, floating around, and relaxing. I rated 4 stars on cleanliness because a couple of the bathtubs have mold, a couple bed sheets had stains, a bunch of cigarette butts near the patio/side of home, and dog hair on most rugs (listing says no pets, so not sure how hair got there). With that said, we would definitely stay here again. The pros far outweighed the few cons I mentioned above.

Needs more household items
Check in and everything was easy. But there was only one roll of papertowls. No foil no cleaning supplies except windex and dawn dish soap and the maid left the bath towels in the dryer. The speakers were also blown. All in all the place was fun to stay at but for the price small thing gs should have worked.

Vaulted ceilings, clean and spacious
We had a wonderful time in this home on the water. We absolutely loved that there were four bedrooms with attached bathrooms plus an additional bedroom and bathroom. The property was very clean and not cluttered and we enjoyed the high vaulted ceilings. It was great to park our car inside the garage too. There was plenty of space in the house to spread out and enjoy our vacation. We do recommend a "house book" that could be left in a common area and contain pertinent information about check-in/check-out, Wifi access, options for launch ramps, parking, etc (we have seen this in most rental properties). This would have made our experience seamless and without issue. Overall, great trip.

Large beautiful house, great location
Location is great, house is big beautiful buuut I’ve stayed at MANY rentals and have never experienced what happen here..... 7 bath towels total (3nt stay 10+ people) we had to find them in the dryer, NO extra toilet paper, NO extra trash bags, It was crazy. That’s the point of renting a house so you don’t have to travel with these things. Esp for the price we paid to stay there! No complimentary (left over lol) coffee or toiletries and renting processes was very complicated compared to ANY place I have stayed. But like I said beautiful house.
