"Brilliant stay here, the food was spacious & modern. AC available during the recent heatwave which was idea. Lovely breakfast buffet and friendly staff. The hotel is very close to Liverpool ONE and Albert Dock which is great. Parking is off site, closest being QPark at Liverpool one, very safe for the car. "

"We chose this hotel for its proximity to Lime Street Train Station. It was so close and convenient for travelling, less than a 5 minute walk from the station. There are bars, restaurants, cultural activities and shopping all within easy walking distance of this property. The hotel itself is very modern and stylish. The beds are comfortable, the breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel was excellent and would stay again and in line with some top London hotels. Only thing and probably not the only one saying this. The corridors and especially the rooms need air con drastically, especially with the frequent extremely hot weather, they are like a sauna. Windows don’t open wide enough and need to pull curtains at night, then that blocks out little ventilation even more. A big fan is provided but that just spreads hot air around the room and keeps you awake as they are noisy. Shame, because the expense of installing would get you even more return customers. Would stay in winter but not Summer as the heat realise uncomfortably in rooms. Otherwise 10 out of 10. "
