"We were upgraded due to our Expedia membership which was a great perk, which seemed to mean that we got a nicer room with a coffee machine, a free cookie and use of a robe. We were told the room was recently refurbished which you could really tell as it was more modern that the rest of the hotel and a room we had stayed in on a previous visit. Staff were really pleasant and helpful when we spoke to them. Car parking was easy, you just need to give your reg to reception each time you leave and they clear your balance."
