"Jonna at reception was marvelous. She checked to see if my room would be ready early, just in from Transatlantic flight. Much appreciated. She also showed me on the mapwgere everything was. All in walking distance. The breakfast was not that great. Bacon and sausages not hot, sitting in grease. Room was very comfortable. "

The room was in a separate building (which was advertised) and it took us almost an hour from the moment we came to reception until we got to the room, including figuring out our way around the parking, and getting luggage to the room.
