"We chose this because it was right next to the train station. That way we were able to just dump our bags and then go and explore Parma. The next day we did a really great tour for cheese, ham and vinegar in the area. They allow us to keep our bags there all day, which is so helpful. The room was clean and the breakfast was delicious. "Great hotel and staff, if you rent a car - it will be amazing. If not, you may have some difficulty getting rides from city center, but can easily ask a restaurant or store to call a taxi if needed. Fantastic hotelstaff and very clean."

"The best part about this hotel were the staff members. From housekeeping to the front desk, they were accommodating, helpful, kind, and pleasant. They helped us out of several transportation jams that we found ourselves in. We wouldn’t have made it to our events or back to the train station without their help which they offered freely."

"I rented a 4 room apt at this location and was completely satisfied. Very clean except the shower had some mold.Kitchen had dishes and utensles for 4 people,including a cheese grater and corkscrew. I had a king size bed and also a foldout sofa in the dining/living room. very quiet street in the center of town. "Everything was wonderful and the hotel very hospitable. "

"Sewerage smell in the bathroom was so bad you could not be in there. Worst is they knew about it. When I arrived late the room door was left open and so was the window. I went out not realising how bad it was. It was too late to move anyway. In the morning the owner lies about not knowing about it but mysteriously already knew the room number even though he wasn't working reception. The place is a dump. It's disappointing to find this sort of establishment can advertise on hotels.com"
