From the moment we were picked up from the port until we checked out everything was amazing. Wonderful staff, great ocean view, quit and relaxing pool and bar area. The most amazing staff you could ever ask for. Every time we come back to visit Greece this is where we would love to stay.. 10 out of 10 experience. Will recommend to everyone i talk to about this trip.

Very warm welcome, great service, and the facilities are great- nice pool, bar, and walking distance to the town, 10-15 min well lit and safe. Will stay here again.

Cute Little Property

Cute little property, affordable near the town of Naoussa. There is a beach 5 min walk away, the town is maybe a 15 min walk. Friendly staff, clean, good breakfast. Enjoyed our stay, loved the property.

Room was comfortable and good size. Manager George and staff were friendly and accommodating. Pool area was great and resort was also within short walk to the beach. Shops and restaurants were 10-15 minute walk so overall a good location. Would happily stay here again!

A Lovely Authentically Greek Hotel

Zoumis Residence is a lovely, well cared for property. As it is Family run, the level of comfort and service is beyond wonderful. A short distance from the town of Naoussa, it is ideally situated to the beach, restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this property and hope to return in the near future.

INCREDIBLE PLACE TO STAY ~ HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Everything about Zoumis Residences is top notch from the suites, the pool, the hotel grounds, breakfast buffet, lunch & dinner options to the incredibly friendly staff that welcome you as if you are family. Zoumis studios is a beautiful family run hotel right by downtown Naoussa! Our room was adorable with kitchenettes and balconies facing the pool, the breakfast was amazing and the staff was just awesome. We felt like home. Loved the close proximity to the town- easy, safe walk with lights. Would definitely recommend staying here

An incredible experience in Naousa! The staff were all very friendly and took care of us the entire stay. The pool and bar were exactly what we needed after a day of exploring the island. Only a short walk into Naousa and many great restaurants. The room was fantastic and we were so pleased to stay at Zoumis Studios.

We stayed at Zoumis Residence for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is kept in mint condition, great staff and lovely grounds complete with a pool. Walking into town, to the beaches, to the bus stop was not a problem from Zoumis Residence. Felt very safe walking back to the hotel late at night which was great. Lovely hotel which we will definitely book again. Thanks to George and all his stuff in helping us to enjoy our week.

I don’t have one bad thing to say about Zoumis. George the manager was so sweet and accommodating. My friend and I stayed here for 5 nights and the staff is all family which shows with their hospitality. The bartender was amazing and funny. The breakfast server was also so sweet. When I go back I’ll definitely be staying here. We miss them already.

The property was absolutely beautiful. The room and the view were great. The reception was very helpful and allowed to us leave our luggage at the hotel after checkout so we could still explore the area before our departure. The only we experienced was that the air conditioning was a bit unreliable. It worked well the first 2 days but on our last night it would not turn on and it was extremely hot. Otherwise I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

The hotel is in a good location, right next to a great winery and a short walk into town with lots of shops and restaurants. The pool area was very nice but the jacuzzi was only slightly warm. The breakfast was okay; I appreciated the complimentary latte each morning. The room was basic with a tiny bathroom. The bed was not comfortable and light came through the door very early in the morning. There also was a crack under the door that allowed ants into the room.

Fabulous stay! The communication with George (manager) prior to arrival was excellent. I’m glad I arranged the port to hotel transfer with George.The journey was quick & I avoided the craziness of finding a taxi or taking the bus, along with hundreds of other tourists. Location: perfect for those who like me want to be in easy walking distance to the centre of Naousa, but far enough away not to hear it at night. A small part of the walk back is up hill with a few steps. Unless you have mobility issues this isn’t difficult.The property: the photos do not do it justice. It’s beautifully designed & well maintained with lots of attention to detail.The pool & bar areas are fabulous places to relax. Modern design elements blend perfectly with the traditional Greek style. My room was very comfortable & had everything I needed, including 2 outside seating areas. Fantastic breakfast, lots of choice. There is a food menu available day & evening, all freshly prepared. Hospitality: although at the end of my review, it is the most important. It is the difference between a nice and a great place to stay. I booked the Zoumis as part of a wider Greek trip. When booking I thought that 3 nights was OK. I was wrong! The Zoumis is family run.The welcoming & unconditional Greek hospitality is in abundance here. Nothing is too much trouble. If I was able to extend my stay I would have. Thanks George, Konstantina, Nikos & team for a memorable stay. It was a privilege to spend time with you!

Vi hadde et veldig fint opphold. Rommet var fint og rent med en skyggefull liten balkong. De ansatte var hyggelige og ga oss veldig god service. Spesielt vil jeg nevne sjåføren som kjørte oss til ferjen. Jeg hadde glemt brillene mine i bilen, og han kom tilbake til Parikia med dem. Lette etter oss på kafeene og fant oss! Tusen takk for super service!
