"Google maps is off, by a bit. Strongly recommend double checking your reservation as they never received ours via Expedia. Property is very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed dinner (from town) and wine on our front patio in the early evening. Staff is very helpful. Highly recommend for a quiet retreat. Be sure to walk the entire property to fully appreciate this place!"

"Best hotel in the Otavalo area, with an outstanding view and a very caring service. The fireplace was a particularly nice touch that you don't often find in hotels. While the location and the staff cannot be faulted, the hotel clearly need some renovations in the spa and common areas. Also the rooms could do with a bit more equipment (although the staff did provide everything we asked for). The two local guardian dogs Mia and Tia are incredibly friendly, and the surrounding area is very nice...
