"We rented the cabin for one week, July 13 through the 20th. When we first arrived, it was like driving through the setting for one of the “Wrong Turn” movies. When we arrived at the cabin I found the front and back doors would stick so tightly that my pregnant wife could not open them. During our stay, we had to kill four or five roaches. The refrigerator door would only open halfway before it jammed on the floor. The wood around the kitchen window is rotted. The pots and pans in the kitchen...

"We enjoyed our 2 night stay. The cottage was precious and very welcoming. The eclectic decor was amazing!!! The master bedroom bed was extremely comfortable!! The view of the Buffalo River could be seen throughout the house. Loved the vibe! The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The access to the river was difficult with VERY steep stairs that would be impassable by most prople. Definitely don’t consider this to have reasonable “river access”. "The property was meticulously well maintained. The cabin was perfect! Josh and Cassia were gracious hosts and even suggested things to do in the area. My only complaint was that I wasn’t smart enough to book the cabin longer. Next time we’ll definitely stay for a full five days."

"Property bed situation not accurate. There are 2 queen beds up stairs. No full size bed. Efficiency kitchen has everything you need. Stairs are difficult for older adults and anyone with mobility issues...like a bad knee. Great gas grills. Comfortable living room sofas. Beds upstairs are comfortable and soft. We were never given a key or any way to lock the doors when leaving the cabin. Or even lock up at night. I would stay again."

"These pictures don't do these cabins justice! If you need to get away, I highly suggest you stay here. The cabin is quite cozy but it's also just the right size. I would say it's a good size for 2 adults and two children or three adults. The kitchenette has everything you need for 4 people. We discovered there was a hotplate and an electric skillet that we could have used - next time! Refrigerator was a great size, microwave, coffeemaker - all was great. There is also a charcoal bbq out front...

"Memories were made at this perfect getaway, my group LOVED the home, it is tucked away off the beaten path perfect for a relaxing weekend! The outside does not do it just on what the inside gave! Beds were extremely comfortable, beautiful decor, every amenity you could imagine. The farmhand came by to do some work and took us on a tour of the property's land - he was incredibly kind, told us all about the history of the home and land. "Our stay at this quaint and comfortable home was wonderful! This home had plenty of room with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The view and yard are wonderful with a view of the river and a lovely covered patio and fire pit. There is a steep hill leading to the house so it’s not boat friendly. The neighbor is wonderful and allowed us to park our boat at their house. I wouldn’t change a thing about this home, we really enjoyed it."
