Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Unattended property

Well, we arrived at 730pm.. no one around? We called and he had said he just left? So, basically the property was unattended? He claimed he waited til 7 .. I hadn't confirmed any time as there was no communication available through vrbo. Quite the sad experience..
