La chambre n avait pas de taies d oreillers ,et salle de bain dont les voyageurs ne sont pas informés car trop petite et ç est pour une personne filiforme, et le matelas qui demande un changement. En revanche le personnel est accueillant

HÎtel moyen , taille des chambres un peu juste , taille de la salle de bain a revoir(pour des poupées) le lavabo est un lave mains, la cabine de douche si vous faites plus de 80 kgs vous ne pouvez pas vous tourner a l'intérieur et pour en sortit qu'elle galÚre!!!

L'accueil a été sympathique ; le repas agréable ; le petit déj super. Seul souci, la chambre était bruyante et le chauffage compliqué à mettre en route. Le prix nous paraßt élevé pour la prestation

RĂ©ception au 1er Ă©tage sans ascenseur (monter l'escalier avec les valises). Accueil inexistant, personnel pas du tout professionnel et pas trĂšs sympathique, aucun service, de multiples problĂšmes: chambres petites, douche minuscule, lit bancal et draps plus petits que le lit, porte de la chambre impossible Ă  ouvrir de l'intĂ©rieur (serrure inadaptĂ©e, enfermĂ©s 1 heure Ă  l'intĂ©rieur), tĂ©lĂ©phone de la rĂ©ception ne fonctionnait pas, pas de chauffage la premiĂšre nuit, aucun des problĂšmes signalĂ©s n'a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©parĂ©...Petit dĂ©jeuner par buffet banal et mesquin, il faut rĂ©clamer chaque fois Ă  la serveuse... Le seul intĂ©rĂȘt de l'hĂŽtel est l'emplacement central.

Inacceptable: Hotel en travaux et non mentionné au moment de la réservation. Les travaux ont continué jusque 23h Hotel globalement mal isolé. Petit déjeuner pris dans un Hotel partenaire à 300m. Le personnel était néanmoins assez accueillant.
