"This was a lovely apartment . Clean and comfortable .Transport to centre just a short walk to Trolley bus service and an extra 5 mi-10 mins to metro station . Nikolay was great host, offers transport to and from Airport which cost around £15.00..Which I thought was very good especially if you don't arrive till late as some transport can take upto 1hr . Note that the apartment shown my not be the actual apartment you get "

"Overall happy with the apartment. All floors were cleaned and generally good standard of cleanliness. Some parts of the apartment need refreshing but for the price we were happy and it was a super convenient for us to stay in that location. "Great stay at Davids apartment. It is a single large room with 2 single beds, a kettle, toaster, fridge and two ring hob. A good size bathroom and really warm and cozy! Perfect location for both the main ski slopes and a short walk down the hill to the gondola. (Not sure if this helps, but I used ski strap/carrier for the walk down and back up at the end of the day and I found that made lugging skis a lot less hassle! ). Hoping to be back again next year!"

"A really well presented chalet on 3 floors, with a spacious kitchen/diner/lounge on the top floor, with good views of the Rila mountain and the slopes. Comfy beds, a well equipped kitchen, an open fire, a bar, a beer fridge, everything for the perfect ski trip! We'd love to come back again. The complex also has a decent pool, a sauna and a good restaurant. There's a courtesy bus into the resort which runs anout every 40 minutes. Loads of parking."

"We got a reservation at this property, however no one got back to us with instruction on how to enter the apartment. We got there at exactly 4pm and no one was there to open the door or to handle us a key! Very disappointed. We had to look for a new hotel in a city we do not know. "

"The hotel overall was good. The rooms are a little on the smaller side but luckily i was only travelling with one hand luggage. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Toiletries were basic (shampoo/body wash). Breakfast was okay - nothing spectacular but fills you up. My only complaint was the coffee machine. No matter what option I chose, I couldnt get more than 1/3 of a mug. The free airport shuttle is great. We called when we landed and they came within the 15 minutes the front desk said they...

5* new hotel not far from airport

"I chose this hotel as it was fairly new. Arrived late in the evening due to late arrival of my flight. Parking in the underground car park was easy, however the signage from garage to lifts and entrance was slightly difficult (no signage). Easy check in. Room was really nice, took a little while to understand the thermostat in room. Good size room, amazing bathroom. Cant comment on the food as didnt eat there. Definitely would recommend staying here. "
