"My stay at Faroa de Carrasco was wonderful. The apartment is really comfortable and had everything I needed for my 6 night stay. The a parent has 2 spacious rooms and bathrooms, great heating system, and strong wifi, which was perfect as I was working remotely from the apartment. I stayed on the 9th floor and also had amazing views and lots of sunlight. The booking, check in and check out was easy and smooth. I couldn't recommend Faroa de Carrasco enough and would definitely stay here again. "

"O dono do airbnb, um alemão é muuuuuuuuito simpático! o apartamento é exatamente como as fotos do hoteis.com. Super bem localizado no centro velho de Montevidéo, perto de vários lugares históricos. "This place was the landing place we needed for the month we stayed there. It's a comfortable place and we will always remember our time there with fondness. Carolina was really responsive and the place has a VERY nice terrace with fantastic views. My suggestion to future guests is try and pick a time when Carolina is not out of town, as we could have used some in-person help with the hot water. It would have been better if there was someone who could come in person to show us what we were doing...

"The apt was great and the neighbors were welcoming. Accessible to just about everything. Love standing on front porch and people watching. "

"With enough room for two people for a couple of weeks, this apartment is very convenient to many things such as the playa and the Rambla, Parque Rodó and is across the street from our favorite Bar Rodo and Pickleball City if you would like to play a game. There is a secure parking space as well. We really enjoyed our stay and the host was very helpful explaining things."

"This is not a fancy place, but it is clean, has very adequate bedrooms for a big group (we were 8), the kitchen is very functional and the location is fabulous. There is a wonderful Basque restaurant across the street and other restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores and other stores thick on the ground nearby. Veronica was easy to deal with, and we enjoyed our stay."

"The area around the hotel, with the ocean and the walking/biking path, is breathtaking. Front desk staff speaks good English, very helpful and accommodating as I changed rooms to get a love seat. Restaurant is excellent, 25 percent off for guests, waiter we kept getting was so pleasant (wish I got a name). Room was good, great view, Climate control a little strange, set the same across the hotel. Bring your own tissues. Good shower, comfortable bed. Lots of things available in the room to be charged for but not overly pricey. Enjoyed breakfast, different breads, eggs cooked to request. Didn't have a car, took Uber everywhere. Hotel is definitely recommended. "
