"Decent hotel by the airport but outside of Munich. Biggest complaint is the internet/wifi was horrible and wasn’t connecting. When I went down to the front desk to ask for help, the woman was extremely rude and dismissive. She said that because the hotel was fully booked, that’s probably why the internet wasn’t working and I would have to deal with it. When the Internet did finally work, they have strict parental controls on the WiFi. I was trying to watch YouTube podcast and then tried Netflix...
"On the plus side, the hotel itself and staff are great. Also, there are many good dinning options nearby. On the negative side, there was lots of construction on the street. Although there was no noise at night, foot traffic was rerouted which made it inconvenient given that we were carrying luggage. Also, we saw some unsavory businesses in the area which seemed inappropriate for having family around."
"Early check-in"
"Special thanks to Tolgonre for her support excellent service. The hotel is newly renovated and comfortable. The only complaint would be the poor WiFi in our room. To be fair, we were offered another room with better WiFi. Ty e underground covered parking was also a nice feature. "
"The Torbrau is a high class hotel without the high class prices. Perfectly located in a popular thoroughfare, not too far from Marienplatz and close to the Viktalianmarkt. In a 5 to 7 minute walk, you can cover the key sites of the old city of Munich. Excellent service and superb breakfast. This was our second time staying there and we will stay there again. Top rating."
