A bit run down pool need a bit 0f work to clean and repair the stairs safe didnt work and fridge would cut on and off

L’hôtel ne correspond absolument pas au photos , les chambres que nous avons eu était dans un état pitoyable , les pleintes était rongé par je ne sais quoi , j’avais peur qu’il y ai des punaises de lits , mais ce qui est sûr c’est qu’il y avait des termites , les murs était moisi suite à un dégât des eaux, nous avons contacté expédia afin de pouvoir échanger d’hôtel mais ce n’était pas de leurs ressort . C’est une honte pour une plate-forme de réservation internationale de ne pas faire vérifier les établissements que vous mettez en ligne et surtout de ne pas proposer un relogement dans certains cas , nous avions 2 enfants en bas âge avec nous faire dormir des enfants et même des adultes dans une chambre moisi et pleine acariens est une honte . Le personne du service client de expédia ma proposer un bon de réduction de 25 € que j’ai d’ailleurs pas reçu . Sinon le personnel de l’hôtel a été très sympathique par contre les chambres ressemble à des taudis! Je ne recommence pas sauf si c’est à un prix vraiment t très très bas .
