On the first day of my arrival (16/12/24) i stayed on the main building but the first day it was a bit difficult for me to sleep because of the noise from the crowd and bars. I asked if they could move me to a different room and fortunately they did. This property was very clean and modern. The location is perfect being only steps away from LK metro and Soi Bukhao. I alos found the bar Cafe at the main entrance to be very handy and reasonably priced. Balcony was large and comfortable as well. Overall great facility

Ive stayed in many places in pattaya over the last 20 years but never the Areca until this trip. I originally booked 16 nights but then rebooked a further 6 as i dont think anything else can match the location price and fantastic buffet breakfast. I'll be returning in March next year for sure
