Staff are great and have been staying since it opened if you ever have any issues with your room speak to the staff and they will sort it out stright away or put you in a different room pool is nice with a an area with shade all in all great hotel

the stay was great, clean room & a nice roof top pool. Only disappointment was having 300 baht taken off my deposit for a pillow case... said 100 baht on the form in the room which would of been happy with... also hard to explain to the young lady at checkout why it says 100 but I'm being charged 300...

I didn’t know how to respond to the service question because this not that type of Hotel. Having said that. I can tell you the front desk and all employees were helpful when asked. The Cleaning Team is amazing. We were told rooms cleaned daily. No exceptions. Location is perfect for food and entertainment. Short walk to the Beach. Second Road and Baht Trucks are all around this Hotel. This is a frills no thrills Hotel but, one of the best I’ve experienced in all my years of coming to Thailand. Single males. Perfect Hotel for you. I was with GF and her Daughter. No issues at all. Kids Pool and a safe and friendly environment for Families. Great deal here at D Hotel. I highly recommend this Hotel. Never asked about Breakfast. Many local restaurants out the door.
