For a 5 star hotel the rooms are VERY dated. 1st ine we had was awful! Plug sockets hanging out of the wall, heavily stained carpets, very dirty walls. Eventually got moved after 4 days, (mainly due to putting a bad revue on google) receptiin staff seem uninterested in helping or passing on concerns. Pool and communal areas are modern, and very well kept. Decided to eat at the buffet restaurant on the friday and Saturday evening. Friday the food was exceptional! Well worth the money. So much so, we decided to go back on the saturday. Unfortunately the Saturday was very poor. Run out of most things no roast beef, leg of lamb, roast duck o4 herb crusted salmon for over 45 mins! Ended up having some pasta and some soup. They started replacing the above as we were leaving. When we mentioned to the restaurant manager he just shrugged his shoulders! This is a 3 star hotel at best! And thats only due to the pool area!

The position of the hotel. The public and pool areas. The Food. The staff . All excellent 10/10. The big problem is the hallways leading to the rooms and the rooms themselves are very dated . Carpets are dirty and stained . It really lets the hotel down

We were very impressed the minute we walked in. The lobby use "Dusit Sense" it has a great welcoming smell. I can't explain in writing you have to stay there. The location is convenience, close to the beach and Terminal 21 Shopping. The breakfast is so good. There were 9 of us, mom, dad, 2 teenagers and my laws. We had 3 rooms and very comfortable. We will stay again in the future.

Love the property! It has some of the most amazing views of Pattaya Beach! All 3 pools were amazing! Although our room didn’t have an ocean view, we had a beautiful balcony that overlooks the beautiful garden and ponds! The staffs were all amazing especially the lady who had the egg station! The property is stunning, both inside and out. The staff is friendly and professional. The actual room that I had was outdated and the carpet desperately needs replacing, but the room itself was clean enough and the bed comfortable and inviting. The pool area is very relaxing, and the proximity to the beach can't be beat! Again, the property itself is STUNNING! The rooms just need updating. I would stay here again.

I book a 2 bedrooms suite. The suite is so beautiful and service is 6 stars. I book from Expedia so I received a VIP service that’s included the vip lounge on the 8th floor. Check in and check is very quick. Staff is very friendly. Will definitely come back to Dusit Thani hotel. Highly recommended!
