My second time staying here, came with 3 months old baby. Staff is very polite, friendly yet professional. Room is spacious with very good amenities for baby, they also helped setting up anniversary decoration. Overall i had good experience and stay.

The staff are super friendly and very helpful. I asked if they did birthday parties for my 10 year old and they provided decorations and a cake of my choice. The pool in the room was a great size and my daughter pretty much stayed in it while we were at the resort. The food is great and the bartender at the swim up bar is a great mixologist. All in all, we had a great time! I would highly recommend staying here!

Front desk greeted me with strong angry warnings about 5000 baht fine for smoking, 2000 baht security fine, 8000 baht find for dirty sheets etc. Then she kept my passport but acted like she gave everything to my wife. Told me I was done booking. 7 hours later I couldn't find my passport and got scared. I called the office and it took them a while to find my passport. If I didn't call they would have kept it and lost it? HOW CAN YOU RELAX IN THIS PLACE!!!???
