Family holiday fun - close to beach, shops and parks

Gorgeous bach suitable for a family of five, Mum and Dad have a comfortable queen bed in the lounge while the children are tucked away in the bedroom in a single bed and a set of bunks.
Sunny open plan living with a large bedroom and new bathroom with a mains water pressure shower. Modern appliances, microwave, sandwich maker, TV, DVD player and lots of games and puzzles for a rainy day. The dining table folds out to seat everyone, or eat outside at the large picnic table.
The back yard is large enough to park the boat and for the kids to play games.
The property is an easy flat short walk to the beach and about the same distance to the shops.
Across the road is Gallagher Park, which plays host to many a family's cricket game while others enjoy the flying fox. There's also a golf course, all weather tennis courts, mini golf, several childrens playgrounds and a skate park all within easy walking distance or bring your push bikes and get there even quicker!
Apart from the surf beach Pauanui also sports quiet beaches facing the Tairua harbour and two boat ramps, one of which is accessible at all tides.
Tenants need to bring their own bed linen, towels and kitchen tea towels

NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Clean up and do the dishes before you leave and take your rubbish to the refuse centre. Cleaning products are provided, and the refuse centre is about 1km out of Pauanui on the road out.
Summer rubbish collections are on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday, the official blue bags need to be purchased from the shop.
Suitable for families and couples only, groups of young people need not apply.
