"Staying here was a wonderful experience. The hosts were friendly and the location is directly across from the beautiful ocean. The property is amazing and well kept. You don’t need to stay here just to surf in the area, although it was a solid choice for that as well. Gladly stay here again and highly recommend this property for a trip to the Pavones area."

"The hotel is definetly not suited for the handicapped. No chair to sit in the room. The room was "overdone" with air freshener. It made my wife so sick that after 30 minutes in the room we left and went elsewhere to stay. We forfeited $111 for two nights, but two nights comfortable sleep elsewhere was a priority. "

"My wife and I had a wonderful time at La Joya Del Sur, we stayed twelve days and wished we could have stayed twelve years! The house is beautiful, spacious, and clean, and Nadiah our host could not have been more kind & hospitable. It’s an absolute slice of paradise, nestled in the jungle, surrounded in nature, with sunsets that will be the highlight of your day."

"We went on a 2 week family surf trip, the house and our host Brais and G were amazing!!! Beds super comfy, ping pong table was a huge hit, extra large kitchen, where our host bake fresh bread for us, the grounds are lush and relaxing, highly recommend this listing!!"

Nestled in the hills above Pavones Bay, this remote location is a must for wildlife enthusiasts and travelers alike. The absolute peace and beauty of this property cannot be understated.
