"We had a wonderful stay at villa Agathi. What a beautiful villa with fantastic views, so nice and peaceful. The pool area was great, there was always somewhere in the sun and the shade all day. The pool was lovely and clean, and was a nice temperature. It’s so peaceful, and private which is exactly what we wanted. The villa was just like the pictures, nice and cool inside. It was very well equipped with all you need for a self catering stay. The cleaners were lovely and did a great job. When they arrive they come on mass, 4 in total and are like a whirlwind, in and out so quickly. The location is perfect, in the middle of the island. Just under a mile walk which is mainly flat one way you come to Platanos with 2 lovely tavernas and a small traditional shop with the basics and fresh bread every morning. The same difference the other direction but down a steep hill is Loggos which is one of the most beautiful traditional Greek villages we’ve been to. There’s a lovely beach here and some great tavernas, and lots of quaint little bars on the sea front. We hired a car which I would recommend so you can explore the whole island. It also makes the supermarket shops a lot easier. In my opinion though if you like walking and don’t mind the hills it’s not necessary as there is the bus service that runs through Loggos, and there’s also taxis. All in all, a lovely island, and a superb villa. We will definitely be back. "

"Have just returned from a wonderful holiday in Paxos. The house was fantastic, everything you could want, lots of kitchen equipment, air conditioning, good showers and comfortable beds. Having the washing machine was great and there is a drying rack to use. The pool was really lovely, very clean with good sunbeds and a lovely small garden. There was even a bag with some snorkels, masks and fins to use for the beach.The villa is located on a side road, only a few minutes walk from Magazia where there is a good little supermarket and some nice restaurants. It is helpful to have a car to stay here but everywhere is within 10 minutes easy drive. There are also some nice walks on the island.Would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this as a place to stay. "

"Perfect location - great sense of space both inside and out . Great views from the terrace . Well equipped kitchen and very overall very comfortable. Easy access to anywhere on the island-including Gaios which is the nearest main hub.The booking process was straightforward and feedback on questions was quick and clear . The host Giannis was so helpful"

"The position of Thanasis is wonderful. We spent many hours just watching the boats come and go in the harbour. The swimming pool is exclusively for this villa and was lovely and the upstairs living quarters are bright and airy. There are quite a few stairs to navigate going down to the bedroom and bathrooms and care is needed. Possibly the bathrooms could do with a revamp but were perfectly usable and hot water never a problem. The owner of the villa, Thanasis, was available to call at all times and was very helpful and responsive particularly when we needed some medical assistance after one of us had a fall on a nearby stony track. From then on it meant we had to use taxis to get to and from Lakka. The road down to the village is walkable in daylight hours, around 25 minutes, but not recommended when dark. Whilst there is a rough cliff top path down to Harami Beach, and then on to the village, care needed to be taken in certain parts. We found the supermarket delivery service to be very useful!"

"The villa is lovely; very spacious bedrooms and communal areas, with lots of great spaces for relaxing and dining etc. of course, the pool and pool area is lovely. It’s location makes it feel peacefully remote, whilst still only being a short drive into town and providing easy driving access to the rest of the island. I would say a car/vehicle is necessary. Largely immaterial in the grand scheme of things, but Some room for improvements with the showers/shower heads which are a little bit and miss, and we couldn’t work out the outdoor lights in the BBQ area (but i assume that’s user error). Overall would recommend for a chilled stay in Paxos."
