"Big unit and ac worked but that’s about it. Weekly clean and towel change only. Everything including pool shut down from 2-5pm in 45C heat?? Espresso and food overpriced by triple than everywhere else. More of a unit rental and your on your own. You can get a hotel for what I paid with full service in a major tourist area rather than this place. Tired building and far from beach, staff service non existent in any front. Seemed like they didn’t want to be there or help."

"The property was even better than represented. The outdoor pool area and Cucina was where we lived. Davide arranged for a wonderful meal our first night. He was very responsive and provided us with many recommendations. In particular the resto in Gasperina was incredible. The area beaches and the sea were delightful to spend time at. "The location is perfect for a relaxing each break and Calabria is stunning. The property is above the owners home in beautiful and extensive grounds with views of the beach beyond. There is a lovely terrace area where you can lounge or eat. The beach is literally at the bottom of the garden across the road and is massive, with very few people on it. "Roomy third floor apartment located near shopping, grocery stores and the beach. The host was easily reached through VRBO or WhatsApp with timely responses. Comfortably safe area to walk around after dark. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. There is a washing machine but clothes need to be hung out on provided drying racks. If traveling to Soverato by bus, follow the directions given by the host as we did not and ended a up walking well out of our way. We would absolutely stay there again."
