"We booked this house to cerebrate my mother's 80th birthday. We were a group of 12 with two babies under 2. Everyone had a comfortable room and access to bathrooms. The house is a little dated but the view and location makes this house very special. We gathered around the fire pit outside and loved our walk to the beach. The kitchen was super convenient. We had a great time and will book the house again. "

I called three times to have our name added to the gate access, but guest services were not able to do so. Gate attendants insisted on charging us to enter and suggested we get reimbursed from the property manager. "

"We had a great time staying at Julia’s house in Pebble Beach. It was a very nice quiet location but also felt quite neighborly. The house has very nice living areas especially in the sunny front enclosed yard with a bbq. There is also a pretty view of the water from the small upstairs deck. The host was very friendly and helpful."

"I stay at this house every time i go up to Pacific grove the views are stunning. Im a family of 7 and it is homily feeling you feel like your right at home with this house. Our stay turned out to be during an unusual heat wave, so we wished there had been AC, but perhaps this is usually not a problem in that area. It’s a condo unit towards the back of the property and we were able to negotiate the road in the dark. I had trouble with the access code, user error no doubt but the owner checked to ensure we were in. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed.
