"This is the best hotel we tried during our visit to Malaysia. It was so good that we decided to book it another 2 times when we got back to Kuala Lumpur from other states. The rooms were clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The hotel location is perfect with 1-minute walk to a bus station, a metro station, and many nice surrounding restaurants. "Hotel looked good from the outside but the rooms looks bad. Especially bathroom walls were dirty. The morning breakfast was a total disappointment. The chef was cooking pan cakes and sneezing beside the stove. Was disgusting. Calls made for room service and hose keeping was really bad. Looks like they don’t have enough staffs. Only good thing about the hotel is location and big rooms. Since I had a appointment close by, considering the traffic in KL I took this hotel. And for money I paid for...

"It has spacious lobby and rooms, however, unfortunately the furniture is old. The lacking cleanliness, bed linen was not replaced, the bathroom was not cleaned properly, the carpet was not vacuumed."
