Welcome to the Pekin Cottage! We strive in offering an affordable accommodation for our traveling workers & vacationers, for a much lower discounted rate! We want our place to be your home away from home. The Suites is centrally located in Pekin, only a few blocks from Pekin Hospital, & less than 20 minutes from the Peoria Hospitals, Zoo, & Caterpillar. Close to the quaint Pekin Lagoon where you can find fishing, paddle boats, playgrounds, putt putt golf, skate park, trails, & water park.

Wedding weekend

I enjoyed my stay. I would have like it more if i could park in the driveway instead of the street. It is clean and the bed was comfortable.

Lovely Property!

Enjoyed our five night stay very much! Comfortable, clean and nice amenities. All appliances were extra nice and new. The only thing I would recommend is more living room seating other than just the couch and lamp table. A coffee table would be nice too but we were able to use kitchen chairs. I will definitely stay here again. Loved it! Our host was awesome! Quick replies if we had a question.

The stay was great, clean and inviting, plenty of space, comfortable beds, the kitchen was well stocked with items I needed. I had forgotten my crock pot but was able to use the one onsite which was totally awesome! All of the appliance seemed new and were easy to use. I would absolutely stay again! The host were very communicative and checked in on us, which was very nice of them!

Convenient and clean!

We came into town to visit family and this cottage fit the bill perfectly. It is very clean and updated. We will definitely look this one up when we come up next. I highly recommend this cottage!

Kitchen had everything needed, the Keurig didn't work but knowing Pekin water I am not surprised. Laundry was fine but a brighter bulb would help old eyes.

Great place

Awesome little house. Was able to do laundry which was a plus. Actually locked ourselves out and owner had a fast response and a solution. Definitely recommend this place to stay for work or pleasure. Everything you need….

Positive stay

We were very happy with our rental. The only improvements we thought of is the couch is very uncomfortable. Also would be nice to have footstools or a coffee table to put your feet up. BUT, it was a very pleasant place besides those two things. This is our first time staying like this and would definitely do it again.

We reserved this house on may 22nd-25th for a missionary that we had in for a visit to our church. We were overall very pleased with the cleanliness etc. but then something disturbing happened. On that Sunday the couple left in the morning, and returned in the afternoon. They had everything locked up, but when they returned, there were dusty bare footprints in the house that hadn’t been there before. (Will include pictures) It appeared that someone came in the side door, and went down the basement stairs. Maybe to do laundry? It was very disturbing to them, and made them uneasy staying there the last night. One other thing is that the stairs to get in don’t have any kind of handrail to hang on to, and make going up and down the stairs a bit dangerous.
