"The apartment was just as in the photos and more so. It was very clean and easy to keep clean with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. As it is out in the countryside a short distance it is surrounded by paddocks and views of hills and a distant mountain. The toilet facility in the master bedroom was unexpected but appreciated. "The Hotel and location are great, our issue was that next door to the hotel is a shipping dock and a shipyard, a barge was continuously running a bilge pump, and the ship yard continuously banging on the hull renovating an old ship, in turn very noisy during the day and night especially if out on the balcony."

"We had the deluded waterfront villa. It was really lovely, sitting in the deck overlooking water was just beautiful, we could see starfish and sea cucumbers in the crystal clear water of the lagoon. Only downside was no signal for TV, maintenance changed the TV as everything was in Chinese, but still no signal. Only a minor hiccup as we were on holiday, not there to watch TV. Fully self co tai ed with washing Mach and dryer, instructions again in Chinese but I worked it out. Air conditioner worked perfectly, and the spa batch was lovely and relaxing. Rosie on front desk was very helpful and friendly like all the staff in the restaurant etc. breakfast daily included was a bonus and looked forward to it each mornjng. Another bonus supermarket right next door selling everything including wine and beer. We loved staying there as on reading some of the reviews we were feeling a bit reluctant to stay there, but on our own experience we highly recommend staying here, and for the price we paid it was very reasonable. "

"I enjoyed it so much when I stayed here in July that I came back in October. Close to everything in Port Vila but a quiet location. The spa ocean view room is huge and a great place to watch the ships entering and leaving port. Friendly staff and the vibe rubs off to the guests. Make sure that you paddle around the island. I shared the canoe with Cedric and had a great chat. 😁"

"Could not fault the Ramada, it was clean, quiet, the staff were extremely friendly, the pool was just the right temperature, dining facilities excellent. The only thing I would like to see is a laundry guests could use (even if they had to pay). There was a service that the Ramada provided (charge per item - expensive)."
