Building is well up a hill so though groceries are available close by, walking would not be easy with a load. This building is back off the road and you have to hunt for 64 as it is behind a couple of other buildings. "The best characteristic about this hotel is also it's worst facet, it's location. The location is right in the heart of the town, easily walkable around town. That's why we selected it; however, there are also bars right out front and loud and screaming teenagers woke us up at 2am more than once during our stay. One time the police was the only thing to break it up. Rooms are simple but clean, nice balcony, breakfast is also simple but satisfying."

"We stayed at Franceshi Park on a recent ski trip to Cortina with friends. Great location for buses to the tram (Tofana) and gondola (Faloria), very easy walk to town, great breakfast, excellent bar and restaurant, interesting spa area. The rooms are a little dated but the bathrooms have been recently renovated. Overall, great value and excellent experience."
