We liked the friendly staff and cleanliness of the room and it's premises. We were happy to find the availability of washer and dryer in unit. The parking garage was covered and heated. The lodge is a short drive to Whistler. Overall, my family and I had an excellent and pleasant stay at this lodge!

My room was directly above the garage door and of course every time someone entered or left you could here the noise from the door. Surprising how many people come and go late at night. Paid for my room in full months ago. Upon check in I had to pay $300 deposit for ??? It took at least 10 minutes to check in. Desk clerk seemed confused, maybe his first day. Self serve coffee in the lobby, $2.00 per cup added to the room bill. No restaurant or breakfast bar. Staff were pleasant and helpful.
