"I’ve been returning to this hotel for years whenever I visit Manchester, and it never disappoints. The rooms are consistently spacious, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to downtown, where you’ll find a plethora of restaurants and charming shops. However, during my last stay, my friend and I were surprised by an unexpected charge. We headed down to the self-serve ordinary breakfast buffet, and while a waiter kindly brought us coffee, we were shocked to discover a $50 charge per plate at the end of our meal. It would have been great to know in advance that what is often complimentary at other hotels came with such a hefty price tag here. "

"Everything in my hotel was excellent. The bed was comfortable, the service was phenomenal, and the hotel was nice and quiet. The only thing I would like to see improved is the breakfast options. The eggs and bacon were not good. They tasted very artificial. The pancake maker used ingredients that did not taste authentic either. The bananas were mostly rotted as well."

"After 5 hours of driving from New York City for our daughters graduation, we arrived a little earlier than the 3pm check-in time. We first noticed the graduation balloons and sign congratulating all of the graduates staying in the hotel, which was really special. We were welcome by Alycia(I hope I spelled her name correct) the front desk clerk. She was so welcoming and allowed us to check in a few moments before 3pm so my daughter was able to get ready for the ceremony starting less than 2 hours. She also gave me a few ideas for dinner ideas, since we were all new to the areas. We were able to take a few pictures on the steps by the balloons. After the ceremony it rained to hard that we weren’t able to take any pictures. So we were very appreciative of the set up in the lobby allowing us to get a few pictures of her in a cap and gown. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks Alycia for everything!!"
