"A wonderful property for families, children and dogs. Well equipped, beds soooo comfortable. Bathroom/shower areas look lush and work well. The horses in the next field a treat for us all. Next time a longer stay to settle in and explore the area more. Cardigan is lovely, beaches so picturesque. Moody Cow for Sunday Lunch.......the best Ive ever had!! Cant wait to return. "What a great find this was.... Originally I was looking for a nice hotel for the night as a little treat with my partner. Due to the Take That performing at Swansea.Com Stadium the same night. Hotel prices were sky high, nearly all had over doubled in price, some asking £400+. Than out of the blue I find this beauty..... Absolutely stunning views as far as the eye can see all round. Hot tub was amazing heated by a log burner. Comfortable seating area with a fire pit and bbq. The lake was massive...

"A very different experience, a shame it was November so the weather wasn't great, but still a great experience. Would definately recommend flip flops for the bus stop showers, as that floor was a tad painful. And a shame the shower with a view had suffered in the last freeze, would be great in summer. Will consider a revisit in warmer weather if we need a place to stay in the area in the future."

"My wife, dog and I stayed in the Parlour cottage at the end of August 2024. Please take note that they prefer cash or bankers transfer, Hotels.com does not take the money. It is so relaxing and quite, this is down to the hands off way of the owners, Martin & Kate. We arrived and found a wonderful welcome pack waiting of Bread, milk, eggs and biscuits. "I was misled by the search criteria - putting in dates i needed. Then booked in for different days. Yes, i should have checked. But i know my search criteria had correct dates and didnt know it would have offered outside criteria. Luckily one property was vacant and i was given that. I was grateful. BUT i have to say the cost was at least double to what would have been a fair Off grid is one thing, but for that expense i was expecting a shared fridge and some solar lighting/electricity!! Rip...

"Pouring down when we arrived but warm and welcoming inside. Tastefully decorated and well equipped but no shops in the village so take essentials with you. Ideally situated for the estuary and railway station to travel to either Carmarthen or Tenby. Lovely beaches in Llansteffan and Burry Port with Kidwelly all within easy reach."

"Took the ferry from Fishguard and wanted a pleasant place to stay the night before. This was a great pick! The only disappointing thing was my massage, otherwise it was all great. Solid food, lovely view, friendly staff, great. The room is basic, and the double bed was two singles pushed together, so you're still effectively in a twin as the gap is very noticeable. "
