"While we were there our son went into medical distress. The staff at the store and the reception desk were absolutely amazing. So kind, caring, and thoughtful. My son and I didn’t get to finish our stay there but they sent food packages with the rest of our family for our hospital stay. At the end of the day, a hotel is just a hotel….it’s the staff and people that make the experience. 10/10 experience. "

"I had a short stay at Fodele Beach and had a lovely time, the staff contacted me before I arrived to check me in and arranged a convenient checkout and transport back to the airport, I was very impressed and will book this hotel again."
"A lovely traditional house in a typical Cretan village away from the tourist hotspots. Our host spoke good English and was very welcoming and helpful. The bakery sells wonderful trays of Baklava which we enjoyed on our spacious roof terrace, a great place for breakfast too. "
"The owners were amazingly courteous, friendly, and professional. The property was beautiful and clean, and all staff were always willing to help in any way they could. The pool was always refreshing and relaxing, and there was a fully-stocked pool bar for drinks. Meals were served buffet style, and the dining area oversaw the pool. The rooms had either pool view, mountain view, or partial sea view. I would definitely stay here again! <3"

"Property is nice, close to the airport, a lot to do for kids. Nice water rides, beach was great, clean pools, hard working staff, good food selection but was a little repetitive after 3 days. Check-out time is at 11am and they would not extend to 12 or 12:30pm. Just be aware in case your flight is late and have kids. "
