"The Angel is my favourite hotel in Cardiff and I’ve been staying there for over 50 yrs. It’s full of memories for me and still as beautiful. The staff are friendly and kind and I had a lovely appointed room. It’s Victorian charm is wonderful and full of character ❤️"

"The hotel was beautiful from start to finish. Dining was a little more expensive than expected but you really did get what you pay for. The spa is beautiful and staff were lovely. Parking is very expensive though so be prepared"

"All in all this was a good place to stay. However, on Wednesday evening I was bit able to get a drink from the bar. I has to say quite loudly "excuse me" to get the attention of two people who were standing behind the bar and discussing a problem. Then when 8 asked fir a half of Guinness the man ..."
