Estadia decepcionante
Tivemos uma experiência bastante decepcionante na Pousada Duas Ilhas. Ao chegarmos, encontramos a roupa de cama usada e suja, o que já foi um grande desconforto. Além disso, o quarto tinha um cheiro forte de mofo, tornando a estadia ainda mais desagradável. Informamos à recepção sobre o problema, mas, inicialmente, não fomos transferidos; somente após nova reclamação conseguimos trocar de quarto na última diária. A falta de atenção e prontidão da equipe foi frustrante, o que é uma pena, pois o café da manhã é excelente e há uma boa opção de jantar à parte. A área infantil é ótima para as crianças, mas a piscina aquecida deixou a desejar em limpeza.

A pousada é muito boa, mas o atendimento na chegada foi péssimo e o quarto designado horrivel, não condizente com o que foi descrito no hotéis.com (por exemplo, metragem e padrao descrito, para ter uma ideia a porta do quarto era de correr) e mesmo após conversas na recepção passei uma noite terrível em um micro-quarto. Após essa primeira noite e mais conversas, a pousada providenciou um novo quarto, mais de acordo com o descrito e muito bom. As áreas de lazer da pousada são excelentes, tudo novo, dignas de um ótimo padrão. Está havendo uma reforma que vai ampliar ainda mais e ficar ainda melhor. O grande diferencial são essas áreas de lazer, parque, piscina aquecida, brinquedoteca tudo feito com muito carinho, as crianças aproveitam muito e são um bom ponto para recuperar os dias de parque Beto Carrero. O atendimento das meninas da recepção ao e do Tide foram ótimos, ficando ressalva para o atendimento na chegada que foi péssimo de um outro funcionário. Foram bons momentos na pousada e apesar desses problemas iniciais, voltando para Penha, sem dúvidas ficaria de novo. Um último ponto, o pneu do carro que ficou no estacionamento da pousada estranhamente apareceu com um furo de agulha que somente foi descoberto no caminho da volta e quase causou acidente.

Pousada confortável, limpa e bem localizada . Ótima opção para dias de parque em Beto Carrero . Estrutura ótima para famílias . Boa brinquedoteca e piscina aquecida . Funcionários gentis e atenciosos. Os quartos e banheiros são muito pequenos então fica difícil inclusive de abrir a mala no quarto . No último dia recebemos um upgrade e fomos para um quarto bem maior e mais confortável!!! Café da manhã é bom . Cama e travesseiros confortáveis. Deixo como sugestão para pousada trocar os papéis higiénicos disponibilizados . É uma coisa simples porém o Papel higiênico disponibilizado nos quartos é um papel de qualidade bem ruim , de folha simples (não é duplo ) e aquele papel mais escuro , não condizente com o padrão da pousada . Preferimos comprar um papel higiênico de melhor qualidade para usarmos durante a nossa estadia . Pousada em reforma . Vão ampliar o local do café da manhã . Indico a hospedagem!!!

Maravilhosa! Todos da pousada são super solícitos, chegamos às 09:30 e já anteciparam nosso check-in sem custo adicional. Tem transfer para o parque de Beto Carrero, conseguimos comprar os ingressos do parque na própria pousada para agilizar nossa entrada. Tem uma estrutura suficiente, confortável.
