"All in all our stay was good. It was my first time in Philadelphia. I chose this hotel because I liked that it was a small boutique hotel with history. It felt like a bed and breakfast. It's within walking distance to Independence Hall, Liberty Bell, Visitor Center, Tour bus and restaurants. We arrived around 9pm and Linda was very nice. She showed us around and gave us a history lesson on the hotel. Get there before 11pm. They lock the gates and you need a key to get in the side door on 8th St....

"Service was excellent. Room was very victorian really enjoyed it. Parking was a bit difficult. Just make sure you drop your bags off before you park, so you don't have to carry them a few blocks. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience. Very very clean. Very very inviting"
