"The cottage was cute and well equipped. At first as we were driving there it seemed so far off the beaten path. As we ventured out the next day to Acadia National park we realized we weren’t that far away. It was about a 45 min drive. We do like to watch a little tv before bed; so, if you want a tv, there is no tv. We listened to our music. It was a little too cold to sit outside to do any star gazing. The view of the sunrise over Cadillac mountain was beautiful!"

"Wonderful camp, just magnificent views of the pond. The road was tough (unpaved), but it was so quiet. Again we went in October. Inside was very clean and nice, just like the photos they had on the website. We took drive to Bar Harbor very nice 👌 "

"This was not really walkable, but it is a very short drive to the footbridge you can walk across to get to the waterfront in Belfast. We had planned to visit a friend but she had Covid, so it was nice to find a very nice place to stay instead. They had a very nice laundry room and sitting area, which we needed because we’d expected to have laundry at our friends place! The hotel is near the highway, but there’s a field behind it, that stretches to the waterfront. It was lovely to look out our window and see the water and boats. We walked down to the water and there was a nice beachy area we could walk on. Breakfast in the hotel was good. Not super fancy, but it was a good start for the day. "
