As B&B ‘s go it wasn’t bad, the breakfast was lovely, parking round the back was fine. Wasn’t much room around the bed but we’re not too big!

Lovely comfortable place to stay with a cosy room with thoughtful touches like biscuits and toiletries included. Friendly, helpful staff. Convenient position - not too far away to drive into from the motorway and only minutes’ walk into the centre Penrith with its bars restaurants and attractions. Delicious breakfast too! Parking available on site or on road with a permit provided. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect stay

The host was really helpful and accommodating. The mattress was not very comfortable but overall everything was perfect. The property was walking distance to all the restaurants and pubs too.
