The Studio is immaculately maintained and comfortable - you can feel the owners’ love and effort put into maintaining it, which is so rare to come by these days. "I really cannot rate this villa highly enough as such great value for money. Brand new kitchen and bathroom and lovely modern ash laminated flooring. Some places on this site look a bit tired inside but I can highly recommend this owner and this villa. Everything was clean and it was great having Sky Sports and F1 on the TV as it meant my husband was happy. Also good to have the free WiFi to keep in touch. "Wonderful location next to watergate Bay Hotel. Great sized living room for a two bed flat, 2 toilets and big kitchen helped for our family of 5 plus dog! Whilst was clean, it was very short of contents. There were a few unmatched plates and cups, no scourer or brush for cleaning and general lack of kitchen utensils. Looks like was decorated last in 1973. If they painted white and added some colourful pillows and a bigger television they could charge twice the price!"

So conveniently located for all the main attractions and only a stones throw from the beaches on both sides of Cornwall. The creeks are amazing, and the setting of the Lodge is so tucked away and private with every mod con that you need. We loved it here and enjoyyed heading off for walk from the Estate.
