Just a mile south of Pensacola Beach Blvd and right on the waters of Little Sabine Bay, there will be a seemingly endless array of fun at your fingertips. Walk less than 100 yards across the street to reach gulf beaches, or take a few steps outside to the calmer waters of the bay - perfect for anyone traveling with children!

Step inside this spacious townhouse and lounge in the central A/C while the private washer/dryer takes care of the laundry. Surf the cable channels or pop in a DVD to make it a movie night with the whole group. Turn some music on the stereo and then head out onto the balcony to take in your views. Connect to the free WiFi to post some pictures to your social account and then get busy on dinner in the fully equipped kitchen.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great weekend getaway
My family had a blast staying here for the weekend. The house is very spacious and overall in good working order (water spigot on the fridge didn't work, but that wasn't a big deal). Direct access to the bay as well as the beach was awesome! I wish we could have stayed longer. My only complaint is that for a weekend stay the cleaning and service fees were exorbitant (over half our total cost). Overall though, great place!

Treehouse on the bay
We stayed here for a week during the first week of April. Very clean property, easy access to the beach, about a twenty minute walk to most restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend. One small thing, the stereo did not have an aux port or Bluetooth so it was basically useless; needs an upgrade. Otherwise, WIFI and tv’s worked fine.

Very homey!
This was our second stay at Treehouse. We love the location and the layout of the unit. Very accommodating! The beach here is less crowded and it’s a short convenient walk across the street. Love the back deck. It would be nice if there were a small beach on the bay like the units next to this one. Also, we could not find a dust pan to sweep up all the sand. We will return!!

Love this location. Property was dirty. A couple empty beer cans and cigarette butts everywhere downstairs(outside). Main patio has a torn up rug and a broken in half umbrella pole. Interior was DIRTY. We mopped the tile floors 3 times when we arrived to stop sticking to them. Carpet is gross and stained everywhere. It’s probably never been cleaned before. Electrical is a little shady. Switches don’t turn bedroom lights on or off. You have to use pull cords but the light switches do turn TVs off... AC filter was clogged shut. overall we love the location. Probably won’t be back but if you don’t mind paying them a cleaning fee and spending your whole first day there cleaning house, the location of this property is great!

Great Location
The property has a perfect location, spacious, and full of things to make the stay comfortable. The check in/check out process was also very easy.The only real complaint we had was that is was unclean and then the dishwasher flooded the kitchen. I made several attempts through the app to tell the management so it could be corrected but no one responded. It was not until we found a phone number to call when the dishwasher flooded the kitchen did we get a response. They responded quickly with a repairman but he couldn’t repair it until we vacated the property. If the property is clean and the carpets replaced I would definitely visit this property again.
