You will fall in love with this condo! This is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 1242 square foot condo that is perfect for a relaxing vacation. Located on the 3rd floor of Tristan Towers, you will have views of Pensacola Bay from the large, 430 sq. foot wrap-around balcony.

The condo has comfy furniture and a dining table that will seat 6 with a smaller bar for two, perfect for two couples, families, or friends. The master suite has a king-size bed, en suite, and plenty of closet space. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds with a large walk-in closet. This unit sleeps 6 people.
Amenities include flat panel televisions in the living room and master bedroom, WIFI internet access, full kitchen, washer and dryer, and quality linens and towels.

Perfect quiet getaway
My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was roomy and comfy and a perfect location to go to the bay or the beach or the pool. The wraparound balcony was also a plus and the beautiful sunset each evening through the west-facing sliding glass door.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The decor was nice and it was clean and organized. The views of the bay and ocean were great! Only 1 day in which there was private owner construction noise directly above, but we spent most of our time outside anyway, so it wasn't too much of a bother.

We didn’t stay in this property at Tristan towers because of a leak but the property at emerald dolphin we were put into was amazing! Excellent location! Very clean! Lots of room! The property manager was so kind and inviting! Surf side properties was amazing to rent from and we will definitely go through them from now on!!!

Balcony was amazing.
The condo was super clean and beds were comfortable. You felt very safe as you needed a code to get in gate and building. You were right at the inlet and the water views were pretty. There is a little bit of walk to get to the ocean, across the street and down a ways to get to beach access. We did see dolphins, a baby shark and two manatees at the beach one day!

Excellent vacation
We had 3 adults and two teenagers. We’ve been to Pensacola Beach often, but this was our first time staying at Tristan Towers. Condo was great, and exactly as described. Only problem was an issue with the door and closet door on the first bedroom not wanting to stay closed, but that was easily solved by propping something in front of the door. I would also recommend more balcony furniture, but otherwise, everything was in great condition. Bay views were beautiful from the wrap around balcony! Just a short walk to the beach access and there is an area to swim in the bay as well. All in all a wonderful trip!
